Commissioning Ceremony

Every year, MSIVs (seniors) who have successfully completed the AROTC program in accordance with army standards commission as 2LTs in the United States Army or the United States Army Reserves. The commissioning ceremony includes opening remarks, an invocation, commissioning address from a guest speaker. Commissioning officers take their oath of office, are pinned, and give their first salutes. The ceremony ends with a benediction, closing remarks, and the Army Song. Each commissioning officer invites mentors, non-commissioned officers, and those who have most supported them throughout their ROTC process. Community members are welcome as well.

Military Ball

The Military Ball is a formal night of festivities for those who serve as cadre and cadet members in the ROTC program. Upon invitation, community members are welcome as well. Those invited enjoy a night of great food, drinks, and fun.
